I just returned to the U.S. after living in The Netherlands for nearly 18 years and, I was very nervous about someone new cutting and styling my hair, but really there was no need to worry with David. He did an amazing job, even better than my stylist in The Netherlands! “This review is long overdue! I’ve been getting my hair cut and highlighted by David for over 25 years now because I’m always getting compliments on both. He knows exactly how to combine blonde highlight and lowlights to make my hair look natural and multi-dimensional. I trust everything he does and his hair products keep my hair looking great month after month. The salon is super cute and upbeat, yet relaxing. Also, David is just an extremely kind person and a great listener. I guarantee you will leave looking and feeling your best!”

I was pleasantly surprised to find David Contreras at DAVID SALON located in My Salon Suites at the Hill Country Galleria. He listened to my hair concerns, made some great recommendations and I always leave with smile worthy hair!!! He is flexible with scheduling and does his best to accommodate appointment requests. “About 5 years ago I went to Salon One 12 for about six months and moved on to a different location. Living in Buda, I’ve since decided to return and share my experience from yesterday. Upon entry I noticed a complete re-do of the shop layout and a very warm and friendly reception. The salon was full, but yet there was a calm ambience and gentle conversations throughout. The best of all was my stylist, David who is new to Salon One 12. Throughout my years I’ve transitioned from below waist length hair to no hair when experiencing my bout with cancer. Currently I am going short with a pixie cut. David is an exceptionally great stylist, taking his time, and offering tips but yet listening to your comments about preferences. I highly recommend David and am so grateful that he is now in Buda at Salon One 12.”
